The Studio
We are located in the heart of Downtown Cleveland TN. Studio 22 has warm and welcoming vibe, padded flooring and great acoustics. Large enough to accommodate 18 yogis, we do not require reservations in advance. Come 10 minutes early to get best seats ! We have Blocks, Bolsters, Straps and several other props to aid you in practice. Come see us soon !
Our Teachers
We are proud of our teachers and the style of teaching they bring to Studio 22. We bring our personality into practice, making it interesting and different from routine yoga classes. Our teachers assist you during the class, sharing tips on alignment and breathing techniques. Rely on our teachers to get the fulfilling experience every class you attend.
